A shower steamer is a pressed effervescent tablet that releases fragrance when it meets water. Stronger formulas and menthol suit sinus relief and men's styles, while lighter blends suit gift sets and everyday use. Pressing, wrapping and storage
Tablets are made on automatic stamping and packing machines in a dust-free workshop, which helps keep size and weight consistent from batch to batch. Effervescent products are sensitive to moisture, so the wrapping matters as much as the tablet. Shrink wrap, foil and biodegradable film each give a different balance of barrier, cost and look, and we recommend confirming the choice with your expected shelf time and shipping route. Multi-packs in boxes, jars or resealable pouches are set after the single-unit wrap is approved.

The process runs in six steps. You share your requirements, the team prepares drafts and 3D renders for your approval, physical samples are made for you to check, and mass production follows with in-process quality checks. Every order then goes through 100% final inspection before packaging, and is shipped with safe packaging worldwide. Available documents include an audit report, MSDS, COA and stability report, which many marketplaces and retailers ask for during listing.
