Tablets are made in a dust-free workshop on automatic stamping machines, then moved through automatic filling, labeling and packing equipment. Stamping with fixed mould pressure keeps size and weight uniform from one tablet to the next.
Quality checks and batch matching
In-process checks run during mass production, and every order goes through 100% final inspection before packaging. Inspection covers appearance, shape, colour and scent against the approved sample. Each batch is made to the signed-off sample and formula, and a COA is available so you can compare batches on your side. Hardness and fragrance still vary slightly with humidity, so the workshop is controlled and finished tablets are sealed promptly.
